Starehe MP Charles Jaguar has officially launched an empowerment program for the youths intending to help them acquire licenses and skills.
The program, which targets Boda Boda riders, is aimed at improving their skills as an important measure for road safety.
According to the MP, over 400 riders are already lined up for the program.
He wrote, “I oficially launched a boda boda youth empowerment program whereby we will be sponsoring 400 bodaboda riders to help them acquire their licenses and other necessary skills which are important for their road safety.”

NG-CDF Starehe Constituency will fund the program.
Just the other day, Jaguar oversaw the graduation of several students from his constituency, some of which were trained in welding, metal works, carpentry, beauty, and many more.
The government of Kenya is funding these programs through CDF.
