Maina Kageni To Quit Radio In 2022. He Says He’ll Move To The US.

Celebrated media personality and Classic 105 presenter Maina Kageni is set to quit radio in 2022. 

He will leave radio as one of the country’s most affluent and highest-paid radio presenters with an estimated salary of up to 2 million per month.

Maina noted that his long radio career is set to an end, maintaining that his achievement in radio has reached a level significant enough to call it to quit. 

The presenter revealed his plans to venture into several businesses, both in Kenya and the United States.

Apart from radio, Maina Kageni has invested heavily in real estate and owns multiple properties in the United Kingdom and the United States.

He made this shocking revelation during the morning show on Classic 105, which has left lovers and listeners wondering who would fit in his shoes.

He said, “Come next year I am done. I am retiring from this job, I plan on running a club in Miami.” 

He plans to move and live in the United States, where he owns several houses and apartments.

“I will be living in my condor. I bought it kitambo. I thought we talked about this and both of us after retiring?” he told Churchill.

Maina Kageni started his career at Nation FM but later moved to Radio Africa, where he always told how he convinced the management to pay him Ksh.380,000 as a starting salary.
