Economist Dr David Ndii now says DP Ruto is not fit to lead this country. In an open letter sent to Deputy President William Ruto, Ndii explained why he decided to quit his job as UDA’s Economic Strategist.
In his letter, David Ndii, the drafter of the Bottom-Up Economic model, noted that Ruto was using the model only to capture power.
According to Ndii, his decision to resign as DP Ruto’s advisor came after much reflection and evaluation of the kind of a person DP Ruto is.
Dr Ndii has used words like a conman, an economic saboteur, and corrupt in his letter to describe the DP.
David Ndii said in part, “Political Conmanship. You are using the model for the sole intent of capturing power and do not believe in its spirit.” Referring to DP Ruto.
According to Ndii, DP Ruto has always resisted any strategy to fight corruption should he assume the presidency.
