Senator Ledama Olekina Sued By A woman For Child Support. Attaches Bills.

Narok Senator Ledama Olekina is in some trouble after a woman sued him, demanding Ksh350 000 every month for child upkeep.

You must be asking how she arrived at Ksh 350 000. She broke it down in a letter sent to the SenatorSenator, dated September 3, 2021.

“House help Ksh.17,000, food Ksh.50,000, medical Ksh.40,000, shelter Ksh.80,000, clothing Ksh.50,000, entertainment Ksh.43,000, utility bills Ksh.50,000 and service charge of Ksh.20,000.” She wrote.

The Woman who is yet to be revealed alleges that Senator Ledama has neglected his responsibilities, and she is asking the court to compel the SenatorSenator to pay child support.

She is demanding Ksh200 000 as interim payment for child support pending hearing and determination of the case.

According to her statement, Senator Ledama Olekina cut off communications with her after telling him about the pregnancy.

The Woman also indicated in her statement that the child was born on October 20, 2020.

The Woman alleges that they have been in an intimate relationship since September 2019.

 Her statement read in part, “When I conceived and realized I was pregnant, I immediately informed the respondent that he was going to be a father. But to my dismay and utter shock the respondents cut off communication with me.”

 “I was left with no other choice but to settle all the cost and bills during the pregnancy, scans, birthing without any involvement or assistance of the respondent,” she added.
