Top Lawyer Miguna Miguna took to his Twitter account for the first time to share photos of his three beautiful daughters; captioned, “The joy of fatherhood! Cheers and Viva Nyi Kano! See you soon!”
The Canadian-based lawyer’s desire to return home still hangs in the balance after High Court declined to issue an order directing airlines to lift the red alert issued by the Kenyan government against him.

According to High Court judge Hedwig Ong’undi, there was no evidence to show that the self-proclaimed NRM leader had been stopped from traveling back to Kenya.
“The Burden of proof lies with Lawyer Miguna Miguna to produce evidence showing that the red alert exist,” the judge added.
