In a statement released on Friday, the telecom giant Safaricom informed their customers that most of their service, including M-Pesa and airtime purchase, will be unavailable.
The reason for this is the maintenance of their systems to serve their customers better.

The services will be unavailable from Saturday, November 6, from 2359hours to Sunday, 0400hours.
