Her Post Instagram post read, “Today marks nine years since my baby @devine_collections was born. Mid this year, I decided to embark on this dream to make it a reality, I thank God I made the brave move to launch my own brand, and I can never be more proud of myself.”

“9 years of God’s faithfulness, and now it’s time to take the brand to the next level! DEFINED BY DEVINE!” she added.

She did not forget to thank Devine Collection’s loyal clients, “Thanks to my clients for the continued support!”

“Thanks to family and friends who constantly cheer me up and support me in so many ways,” she added.

Mercy went on and on, reading between the lines, and you could feel that it’s been a long and challenging journey.

She said, “I don’t know who needs to hear this… God answers prayers! Pray and work!”

I can draw a lesson from Mercy’s statement on the challenges she overcame when Devine Collections was started, “No matter how ugly the situation looks like, giving up is not an option, and you might be just a mile away from your breakthrough!”

In a discussion between two very close friends, both in business, the statement the hit both minds was, “giving up is not an option.”

We often see the glory and forget to acknowledge the individual for the time, effort, and work they have put in to achieve extraordinary results.

She advises, “Keep doing you even when no one believes in you!”

You don’t need more people to agree with your idea; you need to believe in yourself; this will give you the zeal to push on and never give up.

Believe in yourself first, and let those who are willing to support it do so. Please do not force it on anyone.

 “Consistency is key,” Mercy added.

You do not do one thing today and tomorrow; you are on another; you will fail at everything. Focus on one thing at a time.

The founder of Devine collections also affirmed, “To the few who are doing extremely well remember, reaching the top is just the beginning!”
