Who would have thought that a simple jock from “ugali man” would generate an income? Charles Odongo’s video which went viral for his ugali eating techniques has landed him a lucrative deal with Odibet.

The primary key to reaching greater heights is taking action. Action is what counts; this is what separates the rich and the rest of the people. It does not matter how many times you do.

Speaking to Kenyans. co. ke, Odongo confirmed that he had done more than 100 videos in the past. Consistency finally paid off.

Develop a habit of being action-oriented, do it even when it seems impossible, do it until you get it right.

You do not have to get it right at once; every good thing takes time to master, do it repeatedly and again until you get it right.

If you look around, you will realize that several people have succeeded in a similar craft.

Look for such people and ask them for assistance. “Ask, and you shall receive.” If you don’t ask for help, you cannot receive it.

You will feel discomfort at the start of your journey towards change. It will not be easy; you will feel like giving up on your dream, so you must prepare yourself psychologically never to give up on your goals.

Remember, you must develop the discipline and the dedication to see your dreams to completion.

Do it because growth will only occur when you begin to feel some discomfort. Les Brown once said, “When it is hard, do it hard.”

Napoleon Hill said, “There is one quality that one must possess to win, and that is the definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what you want and the burning desire to achieve it.”

In the process, do not take your time to wish it were easy; learn the lessons you need for you to become stronger and wiser to acquire more skills.

In one of his most moving speeches, Jim Rhone said, “Do not wish it were easy; wish you were better.”

Focus your mind on the rewards rather than on the setbacks that come along the way.
