Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa has announced that he will be taking a break from the ‘Tangatanga’ team to consult and engage other leaders concerning the interests of his people.
Barasa claims that he will be doing consultation to establish the interest of the people Kimilili and the entire Mulembe nation.
This is not new in Kenyan politics. It is simply a game plan, and we all are aware that politics is a game of numbers. Politicians keep moving from one political party to another to ensure they remain relevant.
2022 is nearing, and politicians who had taken a different direction from the parties that sponsored them are starting to align themselves with political parties that will favor them during elections.
Didmus supported UDA candidates in both Matungu and Kabuchai where UDA lost to ANC and Ford Kenya.
His decision to take a break comes barely a month after Mudavadi’s ANC and Wetagula’s Ford Kenya stamped their authority in Western.
