6 Ways to Flair your walls.

| |

Are you tired of your empty dull walls? you probably are clueless on how you can flair them up and bring some magic to your space like a pro. well, I have six simple ways on how you can go about it.
1.Gallery wall

A gallery wall is a display of photographs, posters, or prints creatively arranged on a wall using photo frames. It is one of the easiest ways to add life to your dull walls as you can use your own family photos or even print out some art that represents your character and personality and hang them on the wall.

2. Art

Art can be used to command attention and set the tone in a room. Depending on your personality, you can use large or small art to add life to your wall. To bring it out well for small art, use three or 2 pieces of art to express a photo or word. For large art, you can use one piece of art on one wall.

Currently, in the market you can get art from as low as 1000kshs.you can also opt to make your own artwork using simple youtube tutorials, that way you can personalize it to your own taste and preference and save some money.

3. Wallpaper

Wallpapers have been used in decor since time immemorial. Over the years, thanks to technology and changing trends in decor, designers have invented peel and stick wallpapers that are easy to do and can be recycled when moving to a new house.

Wallpapers come in a range of prints, patterns, textures, and colors to choose from, they can be used in the living room, bedrooms, kitchen e.t.c, they basically help get rid of the monotony of empty walls or hide imperfections on your wall. To do it like a pro, use wallpaper in your living room to create an accent wall where your 75-inch flat-screen television is, this helps in commanding attention.

4.Mirrors

Apart from decorating a space, mirrors are used for checking our appearance and are also a perfect way of reflecting light in a room hence making it appear bigger and brighter depending on where you have placed them. Choosing the perfect mirror to use in your home depends on space, functionality, and personality.

You can use full-length mirrors as long as you place them strategically, for example putting a mirror opposite a window will help reflect light into the room. You can also use sets 0f mirrors to create a mirror gallery or to make your sitting area feel bigger.

5.Floating shelves

Believe me or not, floating shelves are such a fun way to bring some drama to your walls. They come in handy if you have run out of space, for they create more room for your books, decor pieces, sculptures, and photos. Floating shelves can be used in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
