Betty Kyalo’s new two-bedroom apartment will be located on the 44th floor of 88 Nairobi Tower.

The building will be fitted with beautiful large windows that allow in natural lighting, an open-plan kitchen, and a dining area.

A video posted on Instagram on the 11th of January shows construction workers on-site, a clear indication of the progress.
The chairman of the project Mr. Jonathan Jackson and betty Kyalo were also on-site, I believe to see and monitor the progress of this magnificent building.
Over the last 24 plus hours, we have witnessed one of the LARGEST concrete continuous pours for a building in Kenya, making up to 2.6M of concrete.
This is to go on for a total of 30hours.

The 88 Nairobi Tower will also have a VIP Lounge on the ground floor, a cool place to meet her guests, clients, and business associates, just in case you don’t want to take them to your house.
In the VIP lounge, there will be a fully stocked bar that will serve both the residents and their guests.
Other amenities will include a swimming pool and the kids playing area. And since Betty has a daughter, Ivanna’s needs are well taken care of.
