Ken Mijungu Lands A New Job At KTN Months After He Lost His Job At NTV

Ken Mijungu landed a new job at Standard Media Group a month after Nation Media Group terminated his contract.

Celebrated Senior News Editor and Anchor Ken Mijungu is the latest media personality to land himself a job after being fired on NTV a few months ago.

During his time at NTV, Ken Mijungu interviewed some of the big names, including the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya, ten months ago.

His Instagram post read, “ The says thank you for all your love and prayers. A true testimony of what happens when more people pray for you where a few plot for your downfall.”

In another Instagram post, “ The found a new home. Asanteni sana sana sana kwa maombi. We are bigger and better with you @ktnnews @ktn_kenya @standardkenya I am humbled to be part of the greatest media team. Mungu mbele, sisi tuko hii town.”

Jalang’o shared the news on an Instagram post “My brother @kenmijungu found a new home…KTN HOME and he is going live tonight! Congratulations are in order! Go for it! I am Happy…God is happy.Kenya is happy!!”

Mijungu hosted a show dubbed ‘Sidebar’, which aired on NTV.

Ken Mijungu is a lawyer by profession.

He owns a consultancy firm, ‘Ken Mijungu Legal Consultancy.’

Ken Mijungu has interviewed senior personalities, including the Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko, COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli, Director of Public Prosecution Mr. Noordin Haji, former finance minister Musalia Mudavadi and Ugandan Presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine. The list is endless.

Ken Mijungu began his journalism career back in 2008.

Ken Mijungu has worked for several media houses, including Mediamax, CCTV Africa, which only lasted 15 months, Nation Media Group, and his latest being standard Media Group.
