Play The Game Of Life To WIN. “Lessons From The Day I Walked To Work”

| |

For one to win in the game of life, one must prepare himself for the win. You do that by having the right mental attitude and willingness to work diligently without stopping or giving up.

To win the game of life, you must know what you want, how you want it, and when you want it. Time is required.

I talk about time because it is the most limited resource that you will ever have at your disposal at any given time.

Time is so limited, and you cannot afford to waste it on things that do not matter or things that do not add value to life.

The game of life is a tricky one. You must apply the right principles and follow instructions.

You already know what you need to do for you to win. Do exactly that. There are no shortcuts to winning in this game. Every one of us has 24 hours a day; how we use our time will determine whether we win or lose.

It takes us back to goal setting, having the right attitude, being open-minded, developing a positive mindset, talking to the right people, and lastly, taking action. To realize your dream, you must take appropriate action. Stay in the game long enough, and you will win.

Most people give up when they are about to win.

Add a checklist. This game requires that you constantly review your objectives and the time remaining to determine your progress.

You need to know what you have accomplished and what you are yet to achieve.

The checklist will tell you exactly what you need to do daily. At the end of each day, you will need to know the scores.

Remember, you can not afford to lose this game.

Will Rogers said, “to succeed, you must know what you are doing, like what you are doing and believe in what you are doing.” You cannot be the best at something you do not enjoy doing. Enjoy what you do.

“Most people don’t realize that the real opportunity for success lies within the person and not in the job.” Be that person.
